Draft Penal Code Published for Public Review

The first NightShift penal code is available as development content and must be approved before becoming active IC law.

The Department of Justice has released a complete starter code so departments, attorneys, business owners, and prospective residents can understand the intended legal structure of the city.

This is example development content. Charge names, elements, classifications, fines, jail times, licences, enhancements, and procedure must be reviewed against the final economy and department SOPs before launch.

Feedback should identify unclear language, missing offences, disproportionate penalties, or rules that would reduce rather than create roleplay.
