Civilian Work Designed to Connect the City
Sixteen starter career guides show how residents can earn a living without disappearing into isolated routines.

Civilian life will be a central part of NightShift. The first career directory includes trucking, taxi, bus driving, towing, sanitation, postal delivery, food delivery, fishing, hunting, mining, recycling, construction, landscaping, warehouse work, electrical service, and street promotion.
The website intentionally avoids publishing exact payout formulas. Instead, each guide explains the type of work, an example starting postal, solo or group options, requirements, and possible progression.
From job to career
A taxi driver can become a private driver. A courier can build commercial contracts. A construction worker can become a contractor. A fisherman can supply restaurants. A tow operator can coordinate with mechanics, dealerships, police, and insurers.
All starting postals in this development edition are examples and will be updated to match the final map and scripts.
